    2nd, Have I ever told you all how much I HATE Winter weather?!?!?

  9. I can’t believe how much snow there is in Atl. My hands and feet are still thawing out from the run! I was able to do this workout Rx which was cool.

  11. Mike, now you have something to look forward to tomorrow – deadlifts yay. Plus, you said it was my choice, so I think “MADE” is a little strong. Seriously, thanks for doing the workout with me and pushing me through those awful box jumps.
